No Smoke (“the app”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Data We Collect No Smoke does not collect personal data on servers. The app stores the following information locally on your device only to provide its functionality:

• Start date/time of your smoke-free streak
• Your settings (cigarettes per day, pack price, cigarettes per pack)
• Number of slips (“I smoked” events)
• Language and app preferences

1. How We Use Data Local data is used only to:

• Calculate and display your progress (time smoke-free, estimated avoided cigarettes, savings)
• Show charts/statistics
• Save your settings between app launches

1. Data Sharing No Smoke does not sell, share, or transmit your data to third parties. No Smoke does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers (unless you explicitly add them in a future version).
2. Data Storage & Security Your data is stored on your device using Android local storage (DataStore/Preferences). You control your device security (screen lock, backups). The developer cannot access your local data.
3. Data Retention & Deletion Your data stays on your device until you:

• Clear the app data in Android settings, or
• Uninstall the app (which removes local data)

1. Children’s Privacy No Smoke is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
2. Medical Disclaimer The app is for tracking and motivation only and is not medical advice. If you feel unwell or need help quitting, consult a healthcare professional.
3. Changes to This Policy If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated and the effective date will be revised.
